Your travel insurance must have a policy or service that you are likely to need, such as, helicopter rescue service, evacuation service, medical treatment, and so on while you are trekking in the Himalayan region of Nepal or while climbing the peaks of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. So, it will be much better for you to start a trip by having travel insurance because you know that accident is uncertain just like the future in which unlikely event is likely to happen. Remarkable Adventure Trek is not liable for any damage or loss of your luggage or property. It is at your own risk.
While choosing the policies of travel insurance, Remarkable Adventure Trek wants you to be careful as some insurance companies make exceptions to their service and customers. Let them not make an exception to helicopter rescue service and medical treatment. Before you buy the insurance, show them the itinerary of your trip that has been designed by Remarkable Adventure Trek, and please bring the copy of your insurance, that is, the copy of your insurance certificate when you come to Nepal, and when you will have a meeting with Remarkable Adventure Trek.
Please be noted that Remarkable Adventure Trek does not arrange or sell travel insurance to you, please also be noted that the amount paid to Remarkable Adventure Trek for the trip is non-refundable, but non-refundable does not mean that your money will go in vain; Remarkable Adventure Trek does and will provide service to you, for example, if there is a flight cancellation to Lukla due to a bad weather, you will not be able to do Everest Base Camp Trek, in this case, Remarkable Adventure Trek will offer you an option to do Annapurna Base Camp Trek or whichever trek you like to do in Nepal. In other words, even if your trip gets canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war or unfavorable climatic conditions, Remarkable Adventure Trek will arrange another trip for you; you may not be able to do the trip that you have chosen, but your non-refundable money will not go in vain.
